(1) Maintenance manager having an experience of 5-8 years of construction/maintenance civil work/outlets on a country wide basis. Should be able to prepare estimates, rate analysis etc. of civil projects on computer.
(2) Project manager having an experience of 3-5 years of preparing contract documents, B.O.Q, rate analysis etc. candidates must possess MBA with B.E. (civil|) /relevant diploma and sound competence in written and verbal communication and complete computer literacy.
