Site Manager:

    Graduate Engineer (Civil) with 15-20 years experience of large scale infrastructure projects such as dams, canals and barrages.
    Candidate would be responsible to lead the multi-disciplinary project team.
     Shall be responsible for the overall management of the project site.
    Candidate must possess excellent planning, communication, managerial and leadership skills.

Construction Manager:
    Graduate Engineer (Civil / Mechanical / E&I) with 12-18 years experience of large scale infrastructure projects such as dams, canals and barrages.
    Must be well-versed with construction management techniques and optimum utilization of resources.
    Ability to successfully control and supervise all aspects of site execution for a project, manage activities of all internal establishments, and successfully complete project with ownership of company core and operating values by ensuring their effective implementation.
    Must possess excellent communication, interpersonal and managerial skills.

Construction Manager Hydraulic Steel Works:
    Graduate Engineer (Mechanical) with 12-18 years or DAE Mechanical with 15-20 years of relevant experience in fabrication / refurbishment/ erection of hydraulic gates and complete hoisting system at barrages/dams.
    Shall be responsible to lead the multi-disciplinary area team and for the overall management of the site, working within the safety goal set for site execution.
    Must be well-versed with construction management techniques and optimum utilization of resources.
    Must possess excellent communication, managerial and planning skills.

Engineer Hydraulic Steel Works:
    Graduate Engineer (Mechanical) with 5-7 years or DAE Mechanical with 10-15 years of relevant experience in fabrication / refurbishment / erection of hydraulic gates and complete hoisting system at barrages/dams.
    Shall be responsible to lead the area team and for the overall management of the site; working within the safety goal set for site execution.
    Must be well-versed with construction management techniques and optimum utilization of resources.

In-Charge Planning:
    Graduate Engineer (Civil) with 10-15 years experience in planning & monitoring of infrastructure projects such as dams, canals and barrages.
    Should be well-versed with modern techniques of project planning & control.
    Must have 5-7 years of working experience on Primavera (P3&P6).
    Must possess excellent communication, interpersonal, managerial and planning skills.

Planning Engineers:
Graduate Engineer (Civil) with 3-7 years experience in planning & monitoring of infrastructure projects such as dams, canals and barrages.
Should be well-versed with modern project control techniques.
Must have 2-4 years of working experience on Primavera (P3 & P6).

In-Charge Contracts:
    Graduate Engineer (Civil) with 10-15 years experience in FIDIC oriented international contracts negotiation / administration.
    Shall be responsible for preparation, submission and settlements of claims.
    Must possess excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

Contracts Engineers:
    Graduate Engineer (Civil) with 3-7 years experience.
    Should be well versed in contracts negotiation / administration, applicable local contract acquisition laws and international contract laws.
    Shall be responsible for contracts administration.

In-Charge QA/QC Civil:
    Graduate Engineer (Civil) with 10-15 years experience in QA /QC activities, minimum of 3 years experience in a managerial position.
    Savvy on setting up & monitoring quality systems, quality control procedures and plans for large scale projects in light of project specifications to meet customer requirements comprehensively.
    Ability to interpret international QA/QC codes and standards.
    Assuring deployment and utilization of human resources, inspection & testing equipment as per site requirements / project budget.
    Coordinate with client for quality related issues.
    Experienced in leading and supervising project quality personnel in construction teams.

Site Engineers:
    Graduate Engineer (Civil) having more than 3 years experience or DAE-Civil having more than 7 years experience in infrastructure projects such as dams, canals and barrages.
    Should be well-versed with modern project techniques, execution, construction management techniques and optimum utilization of resources.
    Ability to effectively lead a sizeable team of site supervisors.

In-Charge Equipment & Plant:
    Graduate Engineer (Mechanical) with 10-15 years experience in equipment and plant maintenance.
    Candidate should be able to multi-task activities related to equipment and plant including their effective organization at project sites.
    Shall provide strong support to the execution team in terms of equipment maintenance operations through standard procedures and systems.
    Candidate having experience of maintaining concrete batching and earth moving equipment will be given preference.
    Must possess excellent communication, interpersonal and managerial skills.

Engineer Equipment & Plant:
    Graduate Engineer (Mechanical) with 3-9 years experience or DAE / B-Tech Mechanical with 10-15 years experience in equipment and plant maintenance.
    Must possess excellent technical skills regarding repair and maintenance of construction equipment.
    Candidate having experience of maintaining concrete batching and earth moving equipment will be given preference.
