Business Manager-Rice Seed & Traits
to be based in Karachi
The incumbent would be responsible for hybrid Rice seed business in Pakistan including Seed Production, Marketing and developing appropriate infrastructure and distribution system.
The ideal aspirant for the position would:
Possess a Master’s degree in Agriculture and / or Business Administration.
Be a self-starter and have the ability to work independently.
Have at least 10 years industry experience in sales, marketing and development, preferably with exposure of rice seed business.
Have strong Leadership and Management skills.
Have excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills in English and Urdu.
Be Result-oriented and ready to accept challenges.
