This position is responsible for developing, implementing, coordinating policies and programs covering the following; labor relations, wage and salary administration, fringe benefits administration, training, insurance and health benefits, and employee services. Provide strategic and operational support for all HR related services, in line with established policies and procedures and as per directions of senior management. Liaise with functional or operational area managers to develop and implement local human Resource strategies that are appropriate for their business needs, but consistent with the organization’s overall human resource strategy.

Qualification & Experience
Minimum of 12 or more years of applicable working experience in the heavy industrial and extractive (oil & gas, mining, etc.) industries would be preferred.
Work experience with multi-national companies and international living, working, travel experience is a major plus.
A Bachelor’s degree in human Resources. However, Master’s degree in business administration of related field is required
