General Manager-Health, Education & Disability
Reporting to Group Head-Social Sector & Institutional Development, the incumbent will be responsible for implementing and monitoring a long term strategic plan for Health, Education & Disability unit, assess the proposals received from partner organizations for education and health funding, plan, develop and implement competitive education and health work plans/programs to support achievement of business strategies and objectives at the country level, interface with donor organizations and other national/international stakeholders and achieve given quarterly/annual targets.
The applicant should by Masters in Business Administration/Social Sciences/Economics (related disciplines) from a reputable university having minimum of 10 years of experience and can handle department independently, should have excellent interpersonal, communication skills with ability to organize and motivate other with strong planning and negotiating skills.
