British Council runs “Skills for Employability” programme to promote cultural relations between the UK and the rest of the world in the area of technical and vocational education. It uses the themes of skills and enterprise to support skills development and innovation by encouraging closer links between academia, employers and policy makers in the UK and worldwide.

The programme has completed three years of operation in South Asia. British Council is looking for a suitable consultant to carry out an external evaluation of the project for three countries: Pakistan, Bangladesh and Afghanistan.
