Technical training and professional development in the field of construction industry needs attention of the dynamic leaders specially Engineers, educationist and business community in order to grow enterprise in global perspective. NFRD in the process of capacity building has launched Resource Development Institute with certificate, diploma and degree programs (degrees programs to be launched in 2012) with a special focus on construction management, civil and architect technology. RDl Rawat Campus is spread over 35 acres of land with ample training, sports arid residential facilities and imparting Technical Education/Training for the last 5 years.

Scope of Institute:
Training at craft persons, supervisory and managerial levels including Diploma in Associate Engineer in Civil and Architect Technology, Certificate Courses for Supervisory staff in various programs related to civil engineering and construction management. We are planning to launch BS Applied Technology, BE, MS and Ph.D Programs in future.
Qualification-
Preferably MS / Ph.D, however BE/ B Tech Civil/ Arch with requisite experience in academia / industry can also apply.
An ideal candidates should:-
Demonstrate ability for leadership in an academic institution and construction management. it Be familiar with latest global trends in Technical Education/Training. *k Have ability to develop Institutional linkage with industry and local/ foreign academic institutions.
Foreign qualification and experience in networking and resource mobilizations will be considered an added advantage. & Retired persons, with good health and aptitude to work in a technical Institute may also apply.
