Qualification & Experience:
BSc Engg. (Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical) from recognized institute/university.
Possession of higher qualification will be an advantage.
Minimum 10 years of research and development innovative emerging technologies experience with a multinational organization.
Responsibilities:
Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Responsible to manage highly professional research team
Responsible for conducting research on significant aspects of Solar Technology, LED Technology and Coal based Power Generation.
Perform research based on objectives; maintain accurate records of progress made.
React to project adjustments and alternations promptly and efficiently.
Provide key strategic data to the Senior Management Team to assist decision making on the Program.

Flexible during time of Change.
