Qualification: Minimum MBBS/B-Pharm. Candidates with MBA degree will be preferred 2-3 years of solid experience in pharmaceuticals product management is required. Any additional experience in pharmaceuticals sales will be an advantage.Key Accountabilities:
Develop and implement strategic and annual marketing plan.
Develop innovative strategies and promotional tools to achieve sales as per plan.
Train the field force on company products and competition.
Develop KOLs in the assigned speciality area Core Competencies
Excellent marketing and pharma knowledge.
Innovative and out of box thinking.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
