Work with the company’s Senior Management Head of HR Department to develop HR both as a function and as human capital, to provide the Organization with a high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment quality productivity excellence in standards goal attainment and the ongoing development and management of a superior workforce to meet the Company’s strategic business goals.

Performance Areas:

Effectively manage the HR Department ensuring the development and implementation of an efficient HR services for the Organization with a focus on the following :

Resource planning and recruitment & Labour law compliance.

Remuneration & Payroll input.

Talent Management (identification, attraction, retention, reward & development).

Performance Management training & development

Employee relations.

Cost reduction through optimization.

Organizational development & change management.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead in the development and implementation of a comprehensive HR strategy in collaboration with Senior Management Design, implement and manage an effective performance management system.

Develop implement and manage a Talent Management Plan which addresses the specific human resource requirements of the company to meet its current and future operational and business needs and to improve on the collective knowledge skills and competence of the Company.

Design and implement change management processes, as required.

Develop and implement training plans and schedules for the Company.

Serve as the HR resource person/ coach to the company’s Senior

Management advising on matters concerning HR and how it impacts other areas of the business.

Build HR functional capacity in the company by developing and maintaining sound human resources systems policies, procedures practices, including salary administration, employee benefits recruitment, staffing employee relations, staff development and lab our relations.

Ensure Company compliance with all labour law and employment requirements

Work with the CEO and Senior Management on identifying and growing a vibrant company culture and set of company values.

Manage the HR Department staff.

Education and Experience:

Should be Ph D in HR Management OR MBA in HRM from LUMS/IBA.

A minimum of 15 years working experience in HR, at senior management level in well recognized / reputed companies, professional from multinational will be preferred.

Applicant should not be more than 45 years of age

Experience of working in engineering concerned will be preferred.
