Retired Officers of Armed Forces of the rank of Major or equivalent with exemplary record and medical category "AVE" are eligible to apply. Preference will be given to those having experience in the relevant field. The officer who had been retired/expelled from service in disciplinary grounds will not be considered.

Last pay drawn at the time of retirement from plus, allowances as admissible under the rules.
• Initial contract period will be one year. Extension subject to satisfactory performance.
