Only those students who have passed secondary /Higher secondary school examination with minimum 70% marks and/ or 60% marks in B.A /B.Sc. and are studying or intend to study in any educational institution for higher studies in the country or abroad but their parents' total monthly income is less than Rs. 15,000/= are eligible to get assistance from HE. They can apply on the prescribed form directly or through the head of their educational institutions along with an affidavit from parents/ guardians regarding income.Click here to Download Application Form
