The candidates would undertake the following responsibilities:
*Manages and provides strategic planning of activities concerned with research and development of new or improved concepts, ideas,basic and applications for organization's products.
*Manages the research,identification,evaluation, and initial development of new products and services.
*Reviews professional journal and scientific papers to keep abreast of changes in processing methods,product reformulation and Legal and Regulatory affairs
*Plans and set R&D policies according to the desired strategic goals of the company.
The Successful Applicant should have Master Degree in Food Science and Technology with 5-6 years related experience in Confectionary and Snacks Industry.
