The Marketing and Recruitment Manager is primarily responsible for recruitment activities for ACCA qualifications in and around their Cities, by conducting planned outreach activities in High profile institutes.

The manager is also required to maintain ACCA’s global marketing standards and ensure promotion of the ACCA brand. You would be required to deliver global marketing strategies, build relationships with media/stakeholders and obtain market intelligence.

Successful candidates should have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.

You should be a highly-mentioned, proactive and an enthusiastic individual with exceptional written and oral communication and presentation skills.

You should also be able to work with minimum supervision with the ability to meet strict deadlines.

The position requires candidates to show a good understanding of current affairs and business issues at national and international level.

Strong influencing and networking skills with the ability to liaise with people at all levels and from diverse cultures will be a plus.
