Applications are invited for the following vacant post in the Project titled “Drug Free City Lahore” under the Ministry of Narcotics Control. The post is to be filed on contract basis initially for a period. Of two years, extendable on satisfactory performance, if required, in accordance with Government rules as per details i.e. qualification, age, experience, duration, salary, package and duties / responsibilities etc as given below:
Name of the Post: Project Director (1):
* MPA / MBA /MA.
* Good representation, Coordination and liaison skills.
* Strong communication skills.
* Demonstrate ability to lead a team.
Age (Maximum): 65 years.
Experience: 20 years experience in Public sector Management.
Preference will be accorded to applicants having experience in implementation of development projects and coordination among public sector.
Duration: Initial contract period would be for two years. Extendable on satisfactory performance till completion of the project on yearly basis.
Salary: Rs. 125,000/- per month all inclusive plus annual increment @ 5% per annum.
Duties/ Responsibilities:
* Periodical review of the status of drug situation in Lahore.
* Coordinate with law enforcing agencies to curb drugs supply.
* Effective implementation of project.
* Financial management of the Project coordination with private sector/ NGOs in matters relating to drug demand reduction.
* Coordination with ANF and MoNC in project implementation.
